We searched things like: plumbers near me; pet groomers in Waco, Texas; karate studios in Atlanta, Georgia.

We then used Claude in Chrome to see if there were any businesses with websites that Claude couldn’t “read .”

Our goal was to see if local business websites were visible to Claude and other AIs.

About half the websites we checked had serious AI visibility problems.
